Using their degrees, job experience, and language ability to meet the Australian immigration standards, skilled worker applicants can obtain a permanent Australia visa through the Skillselect programme.
Applicants can migrate under the following types of skilled migration visas: –
1. Australian Skilled Nominated Migration Visa (Subclass 190): – This is an Australian Skilled Migration Visa that allows an individual to move after being nominated by a family member,The Australian state or territory government, or an Australian employer.
2. Australian General Skilled Migration Program Visa (Subclass 189): – Individuals who are not nominated by any employer or family member can travel to Australia and work as permanent residents under the Australian General Skilled Migration Program.
3. Provisional Australian Skilled Regional Visa (Subclass 489): One of the Australia Skilled Migration Visas is the Australian Skilled Regional Provisional Visa, which allows the applicant to work in Australia for four years. It should be emphasised that this is only available upon invitation from the Australian government.
4. Australia Temporary Worker Skilled Visa (Subclass 457): – If nominated by an authorised Australian firm, an individual can work in Australia for up to four years. It’s important to keep in mind that this is simply a Temporary Worker Visa.
